Victory, victory, victory!
So to day was the day that we finally biked to church. It was the perfect day, beautiful, sunny, with a nice cool breeze. I had already picked the skirt out (and actually had it pinned - I went with a below the knee, flowy skirt that had a liner, and pinned the liner making it look like a "poor man's" Hammer pant); it worked perfectly. I've been shopping for knit skirt lately, but think the ones I bought are still a little to short for my bike (I have a straight across bar, not the angeled girl bar...). Anyways, I took some action shots of my roomie (so uber chic in her cute sun dress that just so happened to coordinate with her bike):

Begay. I can't believe you would choose to ride a bike in a skirt! I told myself long ago (9 years to be exact) I would never do that again. You are now my new hero for doing so :).
wear helmets!!!!! I just heard another story about someone splitting their head open and brains spilling out on a leisurely bike ride.
