So, this week I've been working at the factory/processing plant place. Anyways, I sent this out to a couple of you via text message, but I just couldn't help sharing it with the rest of you. Your comments please. I have a few ideas about this one myself.
Hum...

Apparently it must be stated.
Ew.
Why are you in a factory?
Is the word "soiled" really necessary?
hahaha! If not for feedback, I'm glad you posted it for laughs.
LOL. I hope you complied :)
What gets me is that the problem had to go on for a time, consistently for them to pay for signs and post them on the back of all the B.Room stalls...ha, ha...ew:)
Ewww...It's probably for people like Brigham's monkey Fred who just don't know better and have odd methods of self-defense.
There are a lot of songs about the number 23.
hmm...interesting...i'll have to try that next time! LOL!
I'm just a random blog reader that came here by chance but I can't resist offering a possible explanation for this intriguing sign!
These same signs were in the swanky hotels in South America, the ones that could actually afford decent septic systems. Folks were so used to throwing their used toilet paper in bins next to the toilet since the typical house has a terrible sewage system that clogs if you flush the toilet paper, that they would throw the paper by the side of the toilet in the ritzy places for fear of clogging the toilet.
Signs had to be put up and it looks like the tradition has migrated to the U.S.?
